Large living room with fireplace and access to a private garden where you can enjoy incredible views. Among its facilities, a fully equipped open kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, a storage room and a reserved parking space. A space with lots of light and surrounded by nature. Ideal for walking and relaxing in one of the most outstanding enclaves of Cerdanya and enjoying the community heated pool from June to September and barbecue.

    Location:

    Estavar is a French enclave located a few meters from the border with Spain, from where you can walk to Llívia. It stands out for its beautiful Romanesque-style Church of Sant Julià and its natural landscapes such as the banks of the Angost river that crosses the town. The French ski resorts such as Font Romeu-Bolquère, Les Angles or Eyne, are about 15 minutes away and La Molina and Masella about 25 minutes by car.

    Places of interest:

    Do not forget to visit the old town of Lliívia and take a walk through its beautiful streets. We also recommend going up to the old castle of l'Enclau, or the Hermitage of Bell-lloc in Dorres from where you can enjoy a beautiful 360º panoramic view of La Cerdanya.
